The Music Teachers National Association Foundation Fellow program offers a meaningful method for honoring deserving individuals while supporting the efforts of the MTNA Foundation Fund through a donation to the Foundation Fund in an individual’s name.

Each year new MTNA Fellows are recognized at the MTNA National Conference. Fellows receive a complimentary ticket to the Gala, an attractive MTNA Fellow certificate and pin. A press release will be sent to media outlets selected by the Fellow.

In the event that a Fellow is unable to attend the MTNA national conference, the certificate and pin will be sent to the Fellow from national headquarters and the local and/or state affiliate will be encouraged to recognize the Fellow.

Fellows must be determined before contributions will be accepted by MTNA.

The process to fund a Fellow:

1. With Single Contribution
• $1,500 check made payable to MTNA Foundation Fund by State Association or individual, or
• $1,500 credit card payment through the online donation system on the MTNA Foundation Fund website. Please note: If from a State Association, credit for this payment will be given to the state. MTNA is no longer able to receive checks from one entity/individual in the name of another entity/individual.
2. With Multiple Contributions
• All checks must be made payable to MTNA Foundation Fund.
• Online contributions through the online donation system on the MTNA Foundation Fund website.
