MTNA Teacher Honor Roll
The MTNA Teacher Honor Roll is an initiative of the MTNA Foundation Fund that allows individuals to recognize and celebrate the educators who have significantly impacted their lives. By donating $50 per designee, you can honor a teacher or multiple teachers who have inspired, guided and supported you in your musical journey. This donation not only serves as a heartfelt tribute to those who have made a difference but also contributes to the broader mission of the MTNA Foundation Fund, which supports music education programs and professional development for teachers nationwide.
When you make a tax-deductible donation to the Teacher Honor Roll, the honored teacher receives a personalized email from the national headquarters acknowledging their contribution to the field of music education. Contributors have the option to include a memory, quote or photo to be used for publicity purposes when they complete the online donation form. Teachers also may be recognized posthumously.
All educators honored will be listed on the MTNA Foundation Fund website and on signage at the 2025 MTNA National Conference. These public displays will broadcast their dedication and impact to a wider audience. This gesture of appreciation not only uplifts the honored teachers but also strengthens the community of music educators, fostering a culture of recognition and gratitude. By participating in the Teacher Honor Roll, you help ensure the legacy of exceptional music teaching continues to thrive.
All contributions to the Teacher Honor Roll program must be received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, January 31, 2025.
